Shipping FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed and carefully prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Standard Shipping for $7.99, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
Please keep in mind that the 1–3 business day processing time is separate from the 3–5 business day shipping time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more. The free shipping option will automatically be available at checkout when your order qualifies.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Beverly’s Touch Boutique ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping due to customs fees, duties, and taxes associated with international orders.
We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this information to monitor your package’s delivery status.
What if my package is delayed?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What if my package says “delivered” but I haven't received it?
Please check your mailbox, delivery area, and with household members or neighbors. If you are still unable to locate your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us for assistance.
